About
Volunteers will assemble winter essentials kits filled with hats, gloves, warm socks, and personal care items for individuals and families experiencing hardship. Completed kits will be distributed through three of our nonprofit partners: Adams County School District 14's Hope Family Resource Center, Warren Village, and Second Chance Center. Together, we can help our neighbors stay warm, healthy, and cared for throughout the winter months.
Adams County School District 14 | HOPE Family Resource Center
The HOPE Family Resource Center supports students and families in Commerce City who are experiencing financial hardship, housing instability, or other challenges. The center provides food, clothing, hygiene supplies, school essentials, and connections to critical community resources, helping families meet their basic needs and build stability.
Warren Village
Warren Village empowers low-income, single-parent families to build brighter, more stable futures. Through affordable housing, early childhood education, career development, and comprehensive family support services, Warren Village helps parents and children move toward lasting independence and economic stability.
Second Chance Center
Second Chance Center helps individuals returning to the community after incarceration rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose. Through housing assistance, employment support, mentoring, behavioral health services, and access to basic necessities, the organization helps people overcome barriers, achieve stability, and create successful new beginnings.
